• Assist advisors on all aspects of their personal marketing and business development activities including;
• Generating new marketing strategies, sharing ideas, giving presentations, providing feedback and coaching;
• Ensure all advisor marketing materials adhere to industry rules and regulations and are consistent with the organizations’ image;
• Work closely with the Toronto Marketing Department and provide them with practical feedback including information gathered from the field;
• Take on national projects by assisting in the creation of new material, sharing ideas or adapting a regional project into a national offer;
• Share best practices with three other Regional Marketing Consultants on a regular basis;
• Create templates and turnkey solutions which can be easily implement, in order to allow advisors to concentrate on client retention, new acquisitions, and generating revenue.

Exigences :

• University or college degree in Marketing or a related discipline;
• 3 to 6 years experience in a similar role (within the financial sector a strong asset);
• Fluency in both English and French;
• Basic design capabilities using Microsoft Word, QuarkXPress or other design program an asset;
• Strong relationship building skills;
• Ability to coach both advisors and assistants;
• Proven presentation skills;
• Creativity, autonomy, positive attitude and energetic personality.

Conditions de travail :

• This job requires traveling; branch visits on a regular basis. Annual meeting in the Toronto head office (3 days) and training when required;
• Flexibility is also necessary for attending after hours events such as client events or related initiatives. While working hours are not excessive, they can be erratic at times;
• This is a temporary position, duration -10 months;
• Compensation will be based on experience.
