• Verifies that the cast product is inspected within pre-established manufacturing costs;
• Provides training, communication, and direction with Activity instructions and Product Criteria;
• Ensures all NDT personnel execute work instructions and activities to full compliance;
• Acts as NDT technical liaison with customer and corporate;
• Ensure adherence to AS9100 rev.B norms;
• Implements improvement changes and measures that assure that products meet quality norms;
• Actively participates in problem solving, cost reduction, and waste reduction;
• Ensures that all equipment and materials used meet customer requirements and corporate quality standards and specifications. Conducts numerous audits (internal and external) to ensure that customer specifications are met;
• Ensure that all cast products are NDT inspected in accordance with customer's requirements and corporate quality standards;
• Ensures that administrative functions are completed effectively within compagny system and framework procedures.

Exigences :

• Technical College degree or High School Diploma with relevant experience;
• NDT - Fluorescent penetrant and radiography level III, CGSB and/or ASNT or level III NAS-410;
• Minimum of ten years experience in NDT methods and manufacturing environment;
• Must be capable of accurate interpretation of gauge and/or scale readings;
• Must be able to work with fractions/decimals;
• Speaks fluently both French and English;
• Demonstrates superior communication skills – written and oral;
• Self-motivated, possess a can-do attitude, well-organized, tolerance to stress, ability to maintain constant attention, coaches and develops others, team builder.
